No account. No sign-in, profile, or social feature is required to play.
Limited measurement. AppsFlyer helps us measure attribution and app use. Where required, it uses the App Tracking Transparency permission before accessing the advertising identifier.
Rewarded-video mediation. TopOn may request and show a rewarded video when one is available. Its configured ad networks may process limited data to serve, measure, and protect that advertisement.
Offline core play. Puzzles and progress work on your device. Attribution, analytics, and fraud-prevention services need a network connection when they send their limited service data.
Information we collect
We and our service providers may process a device identifier (including the advertising identifier only when permission is granted, or an app/vendor identifier), basic device and app-version information, technical and performance information, and product-interaction information such as the app-launch event and ad-display events. AppsFlyer processes this information for attribution measurement and analytics.
Our fraud-prevention service may process a device-level identifier and technical signals to protect the app from abuse. We do not ask you to create an account or provide contacts, photos, messages, or payment information.
Your delivery progress and in-game settings, such as Reduce Motion and Haptics preferences, are stored locally on your device so the game can remember them.
Sharing and third parties
We use AppsFlyer as an attribution and analytics provider, TopOn as a rewarded-video mediation provider, and a separate fraud-prevention provider. The current ad mediation build includes adapters for AppLovin, Pangle, Unity Ads, Yandex Mobile Ads, and SmartDigimkt. These providers may process the limited device, technical, performance, and ad-display information described above to provide, measure, personalize, and protect advertising services. Their handling of data is subject to their own privacy terms and applicable law.
Data retention and deletion
You can remove locally stored progress and settings by deleting the app from your device. Service-provider records are retained under the applicable provider's policies and legal obligations. Contact us if you have a question about data handled for Clockwork Post.
Children's privacy
Clockwork Post does not require an account or intentionally ask players, including children, to provide personal information. The limited service data described in this policy may still be processed when the app is used.
